KnowItBy is an Arkansas-based digital membership service available at knowitby.com. KnowItBy does not operate a public retail location and does not ship physical goods.

Customer support

For account, membership, billing, privacy, or technical support, use our contact page or email support@knowitby.com.

Membership cancellation

You do not need to contact support to cancel. Sign in, open Account settings, select Manage membership, and then select Cancel membership. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact us and we can assist after verifying the account.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, use the privacy contact form. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge customer-support messages within two business days. Privacy requests are handled within the time required by applicable law.
